Expression of Interest for Selection of Consultancy services for supervision, monitoring and contract management of all aspects of the Rajshahi Medical University Established Project.
Brief Description of Assignment: Supervision, monitoring and contract management of civil, electrical and mechanical works of the project.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required:
1. Letter of submission
2. Registration Certificate of the firm.
3. Up to date Trade License.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN).
6. Brochure of the consulting firm summarizing their area of expertise.
7. Overall diversified experience of the firm.
8. Bank statement along with Bank Solvency Certificate.
9. Availability of appropriate professionals (List of relevant professional staff, their qualification & area of expertise to be furnished).
10. The Firm should have minimum 20 (Twenty) years of experience in the field of architectural, engineering and project management consultancy services.
11. The firm should have completed at least 02 (Two) contracts within last 10 years in specific experience of design & construction supervision of Hospital/Medical College/University.
12. The firm should have completed Hospital/Medical College/University design and construction supervision with contract price at least 350 (three hundred fifty) lakh in a single contract within last 10 (ten) years.
13. The firm should have completed design & supervision for a minimum 10 (ten) storied hospital building.
14. The firm should have completed design and construction supervision for a minimum 500 Bed hospital
