Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and warranty services for electronic and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT-enabled services, with a focus on electronics, hospitality, healthcare, or engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic/electrical systems.
- Ensure timely completion of warranty services as per scheduled timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, schedules, and project files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site visits independently or with team members, both locally and internationally.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Electronics, General Electrical, or equivalent (SSC/Vocational/JSC).
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT-enabled services, preferably in electronics, hotels, hospitals, or engineering firms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Team leadership and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in Bangladesh and travel abroad.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
