• Familiarity with ISO FSSC 22000 and Halal certification processes to ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving quality-related issues efficiently
• Ability to maintain and calibrate lab equipment such as pH meters, moisture analyzers, and spectrophotometers
