PREPARATION GUIDE FOR THE POSITION OF JUNIOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – PARI DEVELOPMENT TRUST

1. UNDERSTAND THE ORGANISATION AND THE ROLE
• Familiarize yourself with Pari Development Trust (PDT) – its mission, areas of work (community development, maternal‑child health, nutrition, agriculture, child rights) and its partnership with World Vision Bangladesh.

• Review PDT’s policy documents (code of conduct, child protection, gender, anti‑harassment). Be prepared to answer scenario‑based questions on safeguarding and ethics.
• Refresh knowledge of community‑based development frameworks, participatory planning methods, and health promotion techniques for mothers, newborns, adolescents and children.
