1. Understand the Company and Division
• Review the history, values and market position of SQUARE Pharmaceuticals PLC.
• Study the AgroVet Division’s product portfolio, especially the veterinary medicines and farm‑management solutions currently offered in Bangladesh and Kenya.
• Familiarise yourself with the regulatory environment for veterinary pharmaceuticals in Bangladesh, the African market and any recent changes announced by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare or the Department of Livestock Services.

2. Match Your Profile to the Job Requirements
• Verify that you hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and that your age is within the 35‑year limit.
• Identify at least two to four years of experience that demonstrate clinical interaction with veterinarians, rural practitioners, or farm managers.
• Highlight any previous exposure to organizing seminars, field education, or advisory services for farm development.
• Prepare evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills – for example, presentations, workshop materials or client testimonials.

3. Prepare Application Documents
• Update your CV to a maximum of two pages, focusing on:
– Relevant veterinary experience (clinical, field, advisory).
– Experience in training, product education and sales support.
– Any travel‑intensive roles or projects you have managed.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for seminars, Word for documentation).
• Write a cover letter that directly addresses each major duty listed in the advertisement.
– Explain how you would organise clinical meetings, engage with consultants, and provide advisory support to farms.
– Mention any existing relationships with agricultural universities or scientific institutions.
• Ensure your contact details are current and that you have a professional email address.

4. Technical and Practical Preparation
• Review the latest guidelines on veterinary disease management, especially those relevant to Bangladesh’s livestock sector (e.g., foot‑and‑mouth disease, avian influenza, mastitis).
• Prepare short case studies of how you have helped a farm improve productivity through disease control or product usage.
• Refresh knowledge of the most common veterinary drug formulations, dosage calculations and withdrawal periods.
• Practice answering situational interview questions such as: “How would you handle a farmer’s resistance to adopting a new vaccine?” or “Describe a time you had to provide immediate technical support to a remote clinic.”

5. Logistics and Mindset
• Arrange reliable internet access for the e‑Recruitment portal and test the link before the deadline (Sunday, November 30, 2025).
• Prepare a scanned copy of your CV and cover letter in PDF format, named with your full name and the reference code (e.g., “Rahman_Executive_Vet_RFH‑11‑2025‑385.pdf”).
• Confirm that you do not need to submit a hard copy; the process is fully online.
• Note the company’s policy: no fees at any stage and no preference for smokers.

6. After Submission
• Keep a copy of the confirmation email and note the reference number.
• Monitor the email account you used for any communication from SQUARE InformatiX Ltd.
• If shortlisted, be ready to discuss specific examples of field training, liaison with academic institutions and travel logistics.

End of preparation and technical guidance. Good luck with your application and the implementation work.
