Central Counterparty Bangladesh Limited (CCBL) has been incorporated under the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Clearing & Settlement) Rules, 2017 with a paid-up capital of BDT Three Billion for supporting the growth of the capital market of Bangladesh. This company will act as a central counterparty in any trade executed in any exchanges of Bangladesh. CCBL, the clearing and settlement company of the country, is seeking applications from qualified professionals for the following positions:

Position For General Division:

1. Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO)
2. Chief Risk Management Officer (CRMO)
3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
4. Senior Manager - Clearing & Settlement Operation
5. Manager - Clearing Participant Affairs and Product Development
6. Manager - Human Resource & Admin
7. Deputy Manager - General Accounts, Investment & Treasury
8. Assistant Manager - Internal Audit & Compliance
9. Assistant Manager - Clearing & Settlement Operation
10. Senior Executive - Board Affairs
11. Executive - Admin
12. Junior Executive - PA to the MD and DMD

Position For Information Technology Division:

13. Assistant General Manager - Systems
14. Assistant General Manager - Infrastructure
15. Manager - Systems (Database Administrator)
16. Manager - IT Services (CCP Application)
17. Deputy Manager - Systems (Clearing System Operation)
18. Deputy Manager - Infrastructure (Network)
19. Assistant Manager - Infrastructure (DC-DR-FDR Management)
20. Senior Executive - IT Services (Software Development)
21. Senior Executive - Systems (Settlement System Operation)
