Position: Deputy Managing Director/Executive Director/General Manager (Commercial)
Job Responsibilities:

• All works related with Export LC, Purchase/Sales Contracts, Import LCs and BTB LCs.

• Monitoring all financial limits (LC/OD/Term Loan, etc.) with banks and taking measures for renewal of all limits in time with bank.

• Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required.

• [Selection of bank for L/C opening including comparing the commission and charges of different banks with L/C credit limit position, application and also make necessary amendment (if necessary) of L/C in order to get an effective L/C.

• Any other assignments (Commercial/Banking/Shipping etc.) as may be required from time to time in the future.
